The Joly family created its wine estate in Grandvaux in 2012. This family of winegrowers, in love with their region – Lavaux above all, but also the Canton of Vaud – and craft, welcomes guests in the wine cellar, at the table d’hôtes and in the holiday flat. The recipe of their wines? It’s all about the fruit, 100% passion and totally “terroir”!

The Joly Wine Cellar offers 20 different wines, including specialities such as Charmont (in a blend), and Merlot and Malbec as single varietal wines. The vines are cultivated following integrated viticulture practices.

Did you know?

The Joly Wine Cellar won the 2019 “Lavaux d’Or” Merit Award, in the “Terroir” category.

The Joly Wine Cellar was also the first to be certified in “Wine-Tourism”. In addition, it has taken part in two programmes on SRF (the national German-language TV channel): “Landfrauenküche” in 2019 and “Landfrauen Festessen” in 2022.
