Since 1970, La Chocolatière has been artisanally producing chocolates, confectionery, creations, ice creams and other treats. These natural, quality products made in Switzerland can be found in the company’s two Lausanne boutiques, at Escaliers-du-Marché 1 and in the main hall of the Lausanne railway station.

Lausanne's iconic cathedral has towered over the city for more than eight centuries. A masterpiece of Gothic art, it captivates visitors with the harmony of its architecture, the richness of its sculpted details and the serenity it inspires. From its tower, an exceptional panorama opens up over the roofs of the Cité, Lake Geneva and the Alps.

Due to the renovation of the vaults in the south transept, the rose and its stained glass windows will be inaccessible until spring 2027.

At La Chocolatière, you will find a rich assortment of chocolates, among which “pavés glacés” (frozen chocolate cubes), melting truffles and “Les Trois Frères” (three caramelised hazelnuts coated in milk chocolate) as well as “Rêve de Cacao” (a thin slab of dark chocolate with cacao nibs) and the “Adorable Clémentine”, (clementine wedges partially coated in dark chocolate), not to forget the seasonal creations and spreads. Every summer, La Chocolatière ice creams, made exclusively from natural ingredients and fairtrade FairSwiss milk, are eagerly awaited.

La Chocolatière also offers various fine grocery products, such as oils, vinegars, mustards, soups, fruit juices, jams, and a variety of flavoured teas.
