The building, with its original concept that is respectful of the environment, blends in perfectly with the rehabilitated natural site, next to a waterfall. The bar, where the various wines from the vineyards are exposed, and the seminar room can welcome all kinds of events.
In the ultramodern screening room, viewers can experience a “winegrower’s year” at Lavaux thanks to a documentary, available in eight languages, that retraces the winegrower’s labour as the seasons’ go by in these exceptional vineyards.
