It offers seasonal cooking at lunchtimes and in the evenings from a menu which changes every week, as well as snacks, waffles and home-made desserts to be savoured at any time. This establishment has been awarded the “ Café historique de Lausanne ” label established by the city of Lausanne in 2021. Neighbourhood brasserie recently refurbished to reflect the vintage spirit of the 1950s, which fits perfectly with its opening date in 1953. From that time, the wood panelling, ceiling, room partitions and large sash windows that provide generous lighting have been preserved.
