The sandwiches at Sucré Salé are, in my view, the best in the region. They energised me during my studies with an outstanding menu and the famous sandwich of the month. No wonder they won the gold medal at the Sandwich World Cup in 2016 in Paris with "El Chimbobazo" (quinoa bread, cod, escabeche, chimichurri de huacatay).
