Chef Fabien Foare has a whole host of delights in store for amateurs of fine food with, among others, a pâté en croute that is both unctuous and crunchy and rib steak aged on the bone. To exalt even further this culinary experience, a sommelier will guide you in the discovery of exceptional wines and advise you on the best food and wine pairing.

The Brasserie serves a balanced cuisine that follows the seasons and favours local products for better quality. Everything is made in-house, from appetisers to desserts. On request, the dishes can be adapted to specific diets and any food allergies or intolerance.
