Auberge Communale, Mont-sur-Lausanne

Jennifer and Fabien Pairon, owners of Auberge Communale du Mont-sur-Lausanne, are as dedicated to culinary traditions as they are to the well-being of their guests. The restaurant's menu features generous dishes at reasonable prices. Every plate is beautifully presented, ensuring the tasting experience begins with the eyes. Jennifer oversees the service, which is friendly and attentive. The wine list is also impressive, with an excellent selection of wines by the glass, showcasing the Vaud region's terroir.
