Le Fraisier

Where?
Ruelle Grand St-Jean 9

Furniture gleaned from antique markets, books, tables decorated with flowers and placemats … and most of all, a fresh and delicate cuisine that delights both eyes and palate. An address we’d love to keep to ourselves.
That little extra from the food insider "Tania Brasseur": in the evening, chef Fatima Ribeiro regularly organises gourmet meals that blend literature and gastronomy (advance booking only).
Favourite dish: every daily special!

Lausanne Cathedral

HeritageArchitectureHistory

Lausanne's iconic cathedral has towered over the city for more than eight centuries. A masterpiece of Gothic art, it captivates visitors with the harmony of its architecture, the richness of its sculpted details and the serenity it inspires. From its tower, an exceptional panorama opens up over the roofs of the Cité, Lake Geneva and the Alps.

Due to the renovation of the vaults in the south transept, the rose and its stained glass windows will be inaccessible until spring 2027.

Le Fraisier is a fantastic culinary discovery in Lausanne. Veggie meals made from fresh products at lunchtime during the week, and a gorgeous vintage décor. I just love it. A delight for the eyes and taste buds!
