Lausanne Cathedral

HeritageArchitectureHistory

Lausanne's iconic cathedral has towered over the city for more than eight centuries. A masterpiece of Gothic art, it captivates visitors with the harmony of its architecture, the richness of its sculpted details and the serenity it inspires. From its tower, an exceptional panorama opens up over the roofs of the Cité, Lake Geneva and the Alps.

Due to the renovation of the vaults in the south transept, the rose and its stained glass windows will be inaccessible until spring 2027.

In addition to his passion for chocolate, Nicolas Noz is enthusiastic about fairy tales and gives classes at the Maison du Récit (“House of Narration”). Over the years, his wife Anne-Lise has established a network of artisans in Marrakech which whom she works directly by designing products (leather pouches, wooden or metal boxes, ceramics) that they then make, and that Anne-Lise sells filled with chocolates. This enables Noz Chocolatier to offer exclusive creations and to work closely with artisans.
