More info

Pastry chef Frédéric Vaucamps, originally from the North of France, has revisited a cake that is dear to him, the Merveilleux (the “Marvellous”, a dessert based on meringue and cream). He made the recipe his own by keeping it light and his version of the Merveilleux has rapidly become a hit, as have his “cramiques” (brioches) and stroopwafels (thin, round waffle biscuits filled with syrup).

In his boutiques, that bear the name of his signature cake, “Aux Mervilleux de Fred”, Frédéric Vaucamps combines know-how and tradition to offer quality products in settings that embody French elegance.
