Franck Pelux in the kitchen and his partner Sarah Benahmed in the dining room: this duet sets the cadence for this two-Michelin-star restaurant. A cuisine in which you can sense the chef’s roots as much as the influence of his travels.
That little extra from the food insider "Jennifer Segui": though a palace restaurant, Franck Pelux’s take on La Table will surprise you with its youthful and warm welcome. It’s not rare for the chef himself to serve you your dish.
Favourite dish: the Chef’s pot-au-feu

Lausanne Cathedral

HeritageArchitectureHistory

Lausanne's iconic cathedral has towered over the city for more than eight centuries. A masterpiece of Gothic art, it captivates visitors with the harmony of its architecture, the richness of its sculpted details and the serenity it inspires. From its tower, an exceptional panorama opens up over the roofs of the Cité, Lake Geneva and the Alps.

Due to the renovation of the vaults in the south transept, the rose and its stained glass windows will be inaccessible until spring 2027.

On one side, the landscape of lake Geneva; on the other, the show of the Chefs aux fourneaux where Franck Pelux and his brigade strive to offer culinary creations paying homage to French cuisine through techniques and associations of resolutely contemporary tastes. On the plate, local products are sublimated with the greatest respect for their origins and their producers.
